Berks Jazz Fest 

The annual Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest is presented by Berks Arts, a nonprofit organization located in Reading, PA. Berks Jazz Fest brings world-renowned jazz musicians to Berks County with dozens of concerts at various venues in the Greater Reading area. Additionally, dozens of free live music events featuring local and regional musicians occur in area clubs and restaurants throughout the festival.

For more than three decades, jazz enthusiasts have flocked to the Berks Jazz Fest to enjoy over 130 free and ticketed musical events spanning the entire spectrum of Jazz, Blues, Funk, Soul, R&B, and more.

The festival provides performance opportunities for emerging and established artists alike and showcases incredible and diverse talent to fans from all over the world.

It's time to get back to the ball field! We are so excited for the 2024 season at the Reading Fightin Phils. This year, the Phils are introducing Redner's Event Center, offering groups a new game-day vantage point and unique venue for corporate meetings, social events, tradeshows, and weddings. Bring the whole family out for opening night against the Portland Sea Dogs.

Join Parks Staff and Rangers as they enjoy an evening of fishing fun! Learn how to tie fishing knots, try your hand at casting, and hear some fish tales! No experience or tackle necessary- no fishing license required. All rods, bait, and tackle will be provided. Program is FREE but registration is required.

During this special program, hit the trails with Berks nature! We'll take a bike ride along the Schuylkill River Trail and learn all about trail etiquette as well as the exceptional trail network that interlaces Berks County's mosaic of natural and urban environments. We will set a leisurely pace for this bike hike, but the route will traverse a few hills. This ride is not recommended for bikers who require training wheels.

Since 1975, Renninger's Antiques Extravaganza has been a meeting place for sellers and buyers to gather, sell, buy and trade antiques, collectibles, vintage and repurposed items among themselves and the public. Vendors set up under pavilions, tents and open-air stands in the fields.
