Colonial Craft Day

Colonial Craft Demonstration Day: June 1st 

Visitors will have the opportunity to see numerous 18th-century craft demonstrators, from cordwainers to weavers. Learn about the historical context, materials, and equipment of the mid- to late 18th century. Some of the demonstrators will have their materials for sale. These programs, made possible by the Friends of Conrad Weiser Homestead, are free and open to the public. The on-site bookstore will be open for your convenience. 

 

WWII Weekend

 

WWII Weekend: June 6-8th 

Attend the original WWII living history event and airshow, featuring special guests, live entertainment, over 1,200 re-enactors, 200 period vehicles, military encampments, WWII aircraft rides, large military flea market, Friday and Saturday night hangar dance, and much more.  Tickets are available using the ticket link or at the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum, Redner's or Boscov's Stores.

Spring Fiesta is Berks County's premier taco fest. With live music and numerous food trucks and artisans, come on out to Jim Dietrich on June 14th from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM and stay for a dazzling fireworks display afterward.

Silent Auction & Community Day: June 14th 

Join Tosco's Wernersville for a fun-filled day to support Berks Community Cats! 

They will have:

  • A silent auction with amazing local baskets and prizes
  • Free activities for the kids (yes, GOATS will be there!)
  • Baked goods table for bake sale
  • Great food, community connections, and good vibes

This event is being held to help raise funds for BCC, a local nonprofit help stray, foster and injured cats in our area.

 

Berks County Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

 

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction: June 19th 



The 2025 Berks County Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Happening will be held at on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at First Energy Stadium, Reading, PA

A reunion of the band SCORIA will kick things off from 5pm to about 6:15pm in the stadium’s PLAZA STAGE area and will be broadcast live on screens all over the stadium. This will be followed by the induction ceremony on the field in front of thousands of attendees, broadcast live on the incredible JUMBOTRON. After the INDUCTION fans can enjoy an action-packed Fightin’ Phils baseball game and after the game the evening will end with a fabulous giant fireworks display.

West Reading's Art on the Avenue: June 21st 

Art on the Avenue (AOTA) is the premier arts and music festival in Berks County and draws more than 15,000 visitors. Local and regional artists, musicians, and other talents are showcased throughout the day.

Love your Lake 2025: June 27th

Celebrate our lakes with PALMS, the staff of Blue Marsh Lake, Aqua Om Paddle, Berks Nature, Penn State Extension Master Watershed Stewards, Berks County Conservation District, and Tulpehocken Creek Watershed Association as they celebrate our lakes and enjoy a sunset paddle and full moon!


Kayaking and Paddleboarding races will be from 5-8 PM. Educational tables will be along the shore to learn how to keep yourself and our lakes safe. Full moon paddle will be from 8-10 PM. This is a great opportunity to paddle the lake at the Dry Brooks Day Use Area.
