Now through September 28th, you can experience our beloved Sweet & Salty Trail. Simply download our Explore Berks app, create an account, and click on "Passports." From there, select the Sweet & Salty Trail and you will be able to head out on your own delectable adventure! Choose one of the stops to visit and make sure you have your location services on. Once you are inside and enjoying your sweet or salty treat, hit the check in button and you are now on your way to earning some great prizes!
Berks Jazz Fest- April 4-13th
The annual Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest is presented by Berks Arts, a nonprofit organization located in Reading, PA. Berks Jazz Fest brings world-renowned jazz musicians to Berks County with dozens of concerts at various venues in the Greater Reading area. Additionally, dozens of free live music events featuring local and regional musicians occur in area clubs and restaurants throughout the festival.
For more than three decades, jazz enthusiasts have flocked to the Berks Jazz Fest to enjoy over 130 free and ticketed musical events spanning the entire spectrum of Jazz, Blues, Funk, Soul, R&B, and more.
The festival provides performance opportunities for emerging and established artists alike and showcases incredible and diverse talent to fans from all over the world.

Egg-Cellent Eggs- April 12th
Discover some truly egg-cellent facts about eggs! We’ll take a look at birds, insects, reptiles and share just why eggs are so incredible. Learn to ID common birds’ nests, dissect an egg, peek at evidence of insect eggs, and meet some cold-blooded egg layers too. A non-competitive egg scavenger hunt will follow the program. Geared towards families with children ages 5+.
Renninger's Spring Extravaganza- April 25-26th
50th Year! Since 1975 Renninger's Antiques Extravaganza has been a meeting place for sellers and buyers to gather, sell, buy and trade antiques, collectibles, vintage and repurposed items among themselves and the public. Held on the grounds of Renninger's Kutztown, vendors set up under pavilions, tents, and open-air stands in the fields.
Craft Pretzel & Beer Fest- April 26th
Celebrate the rich heritage of Berks County through the art of pretzel-making, paired with tastings from the region's best craft breweries and love music. Local restaurants feature unique pretzel dishes. Tickets include a 5 oz tasting glass, three hours of unlimited tastings and the best local pretzels.
Spring Iron Pour- April 26th
Join GoogleWorks and Albright College for Iron Pour! Don't miss this outdoor arts festival ending with an exciting display as 2,000 pounds of reclaimed scrap iron is heated to 3,000 degrees and poured into molds. Fire pits, workshops, s'mores, music, food, artists, and more!
Healthy Kids Day- April 26th
