National Trails Day Guided Hike: June 1
This guided hike hosted by staff from Berks County Parks & Recreation is offered through the Berks Trail Challenge. The purpose of the Berks Trail Challenge is to promote a free form of exercise to residents of our community. The challenge encourages individuals, groups, and/or clubs to explore various trails and parks throughout Berks County and enjoy mindful leisure activities. You don’t need to join the challenge to participate in this guided walk. The walk will include natural and location history and is rated as an easy hike.

WWII Weekend: June 7-9th
Attend the original WWII living history event and airshow, featuring special guests, live entertainment, over 1,200 re-enactors, 200 period vehicles, and 80 vintage aircraft. Battle re-enactments, vehicle parade, military encampments, WWII aircraft rides, large military flea market, Friday and Saturday night hangar dance, and much more.
Tickets are available on their website, at the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum, Redner’s, or Boscov’s stores.
Spring Fiesta: June 8th
Enjoy Berks' best tacos with a variety of traditional taco vendors and other delicious food vendors as well. Come out to Jim Dietrich Park on Saturday, June 8th, between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM to enjoy amazing food, ice-cold drinks, and live music. The evening will end with a fireworks show. No tickets necessary.
Summer Concert Series: June 14, June 28
Friday Night Summer Concert Series begin June 14th at Jim Dietrich Park. Concerts will start at 6:00 PM and last until about 8:30 PM with a short intermission. Bring your lawn chairs to enjoy the show. POP truck mobile bar will be on-site, offering adult beverages, including beer and wine. There will also be rotating food vendors at each concert.

Art on the Avenue: June 15th
Art on the Avenue (AOTA) is the premier arts and music festival in Berks County and draws more than 15,000 visitors. Local and regional artists, musicians, and other talents are showcased throughout the day. Enjoy a fun day full of art and culture!

Sunset Salutations SUP Yoga: June 21st
Celebrate the Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day with Sunset Salutations on the lake. Find your center as you flow through gentle Sun Salutations. AmericanaFest: June 21st
Emcee Dave Kline hosts a FREE and open-to-the-public jam session prior to a three-act concert covering the broad influences of Americana music. Bring your own chairs, blankets, and instruments and stay the evening! Food trucks will be on-site, and parking is free. Be sure to visit the information table for more information during the show and activities for the kids!

Pajama Party & Story Time: June 22nd
Wear your best PJs, enjoy some smores, and gather around for story time!
Join Colebrookdale Railroad for some smores in the train yard, play some games, and partake in a Scavenger hunt with hot dogs and mac and cheese. Then, board the train for a one-hour journey in your PJs and hear the story of Nathaniel’s Trains! A light-fare A La Carte menu will be provided. This is a perfect activity for our younger passengers!

Ringgold Band Concert: June 30th
This free concert is an annual event honoring all Military Veterans and is held at Conrad Weiser Homestead. Military Veterans stop by the registration table between 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm to register and receive an American Flag compliments of The Friends for your service to our Country.
