The birthplace home of author John Updike, a two-time Pulitzer Prize-winner, who wrote his first fiction, poetry and prose in the house. Owned and operated by The John Updike Society, the museum/literary center celebrates Updike and the city and county that inspired him to write such award-winning novels as Rabbit, Run and The Centaur.
