We are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations of the hotel.  This requires working in a leadership role, working towards guest satisfaction and revenue goals.  Responsibilities include:

  • Working with company and franchise standards
  • Ensure all hotel departments are properly trained and staffed
  • Ensure staff and management follow health and safety regulations
  • Responsibly resolve any guest, employee, or other issues
  • Maintain budgets
  • Work with AR/AP, payroll, & accounting departments
  • Monitor daily rates, to achieve best possible ADR, RevPar & Occ.
  • Have reliable transportation and be able to work in any department

This candidate must have 2 years of experience in the hotel industry or have at least 2 years of experience in senior staffing or management.            On-site operational training will be provided.
